On the list of links at the right, you will see a new link.  Click on Math Practice IXL.  This site has several multiple choice pratice questions that cover all of the concepts we learn in third grade.  It is a great way to get yourself ready for testing, or to review what we have covered from week to week.  It also keeps score as you answer.  This is the site we use in class sometimes to review, and we also use it when we go to the computer lab on Thursdays.  Check it out!

Read Across America Week!

In honor of Dr. Suess' birthday, we will celebrate Read Across America Week here at Eastside, as well as in our classroom.  There will be guests in our room to read this week, and we are planning on doing a used book exchange in our class.  If you have a book that you have read, that you would like to trade with someone in the class for a book you haven't read, Please bring that book to school by Wednesday.  We will exchange them Thursday.  The book must be a used book, but it must be in good shape with no rips, scribbles, etc.  Please be sure that the book is a third grade level book.
