The Dayton Air Show is 23 July, 2011.  We will depart from HCHS auditorium at 0830 and return at 1900.  The only money you will need is for food, drinks, and souvenirs.  Please let us know if something has changed and you no longer plan to attend.

Our swimming party will be 11 August at the Cynthiana Country Club from 6:00 to 8:30 PM.  Permission slips are due back on 10 August.  Although one will be included in a letteryou will be receiving from us very soon,I've also attached a copy here that you can download and print.  

I've attached a permission slip for working the KY Speedway.  If you cannot print it for some reason, bring a note form your guardian with the same information, please.  Dress is khaki or tan shorts, with comfortable gym shoes.  They will loan us a polo shirt with their company logo to wear while we are there.  Thanks for helping.
