Whew! Finally we're done with Romeo and Juliet! That is, except for that pesky project due next Monday–work hard on it this week!
We're having a test over the first 50 vocabulary words on Friday–don't forget to study.

Welcome back after a beautiful weekend!
Our goal this week is to finish Acts II and III of Romeo and Juliet. Don't forget that projects are due March 15.
Tuesday 1st-4th periods will meet in Ms. Stein's room (231) due to the ACT practice test.
Wednesday is our library day–don't forget your books!

It's the morning after the Super Bowl, and we've got our own friendly little competition brewing between the gold and maroon teams. Who will win? Only time and hard work will tell!
In the television world, February is the time when new shows premiere and the older shows heat up their episodes to counter the cold weather outside. Here in English 9, we're heating up our study of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The story's just getting good–so stay tuned!
