We have had a great first nine weeks. Keep up the hard work.
Students are working hard in their classes.
Students in Reading Class are reading material on the Civil War and discussing cause and effect.
In Math, they are continuing to learn about fractions. Our class is also counting money, adding and subtracting decimals.

Students are having a great week. Â They are working toward a free ticket to the 4th/5th Grade Dance. Â The Dance is Thursday after school and they will need to be picked up at 5:00.
We continue out study of U. S. History. Â Students are using their comprehension skills to answer questions.
We are covering a couple of things in math. Â Student continue to solve problems involving fractions. Â They are also counting money and making change.
We have enjoyed having Mrs. Hudgins with us. Â She is completing her solo week and has done a fantastic job.
Reading; Â Students will continue reading about the Revolutionary War.
Math: Â Students are working with fractions.
Welome Mrs. Alyssa Hudgins! Mrs. Hudgins is in the process of completing her student teaching assignment with us. Students have enjoyed having her conduct lessons and implement activities. She has been a great addition.
Math- Continue to learn about fractions. We have added and subtracted. We have found equivalents.
Reading- Continue to work on comprehension. We have been reading about Native Americans, explorers and settlers.
Keep up the hard work! We are nearing the end of the nine weeks. I know you are looking forward to fall break. Don't forget to do your homework.
