If you need a leader in your club, organization or team, look no further than HCMS 7th Grader Ella Yazell! Every day, Ella exhibits outstanding leadership skills in everything that she does. She is a role model for all around her. Currently, Ella is the president of our local 4-H Student Council, she is the Secretary of our HCMS FFA Chapter, AND an active member of our Junior Beta Club. Oh, did we forget to mention that she has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout the school year? Yeah, she's done that, too.
Ella recently participated in the 4-H Capitol Experience. This is an annual conference that helps prepare youth for active citizenship by focusing on civic engagement and public policy. As a 4-H competitor, Ella has been a top 20 finisher in the State Skillathon Competition and a Grand Prize winner in photography at the Kentucky State Fair!
