6th Grade Parents: Please turn in an updated Immunization certificate and 6th grade physical, if not already. This is a state requirement.
7th &8th Grade Parents: Please check and make sure your child is up to date and have turned in an Immunization certificate. Letters were sent home last school year if your child required immunizations.
Letters will be sent home for students who still require immunizations in the following months.
Please call the nurse to schedule an appointment if your child has a medical concern, an Emergency Action Plan and/or will need medication at school. Medical forms are listed on Harrison County School website or you may pick one up at the school.
