School Health/Nurse:
6th-Grade Parents: Please turn in an updated Immunization certificate and 6th-grade
physical, if not already. This is a state requirement.
7th & 8th-Grade Parents: Please check and make sure your child is up to date and
have turned in an Immunization certificate and school physical.
Letters have been mailed out and automated calls from the district have been sent.
Please be advised you will continue to receive routine automated calls until valid
documentation is received and entered.

Please call the nurse to schedule an appointment if your child has a medical
concern, an Emergency Action Plan, and/or will need medication at school. Medical
forms are listed on Harrison County School website or you may pick one up at the
school.
