HCATC sent 32 students to Regional Competition, where 28 students placed and are invited to compete at the State level. We won GOLD in Local Leadership Challenge which is an honor as we as a team completed more local leadership activities in the community than chapters 3 times our size. This is a combined effort that our students worked hard for. In addition to the banner we were given $100 for Gold. At State, we will be going for the Gold and a $250 chapter prize. As a chapter we also won a $100 prize for most growth. Ms. Florence represented Region 4 as an Outstanding Adviser nominee, we had a new regional officer installed and 2 outgoing Region 4 Officers, and we were recognized in almost every category.
