Caught being a Leader! 🎉

🌟 This week’s Technology Badge spotlight goes to Isaac Yearsley! He earned his badge for his enthusiasm in learning about the ViewSonic board and using it to enhance instruction. Thanks for making learning fun and engaging through technology!👏


Mrs. Thomas' kindergarten class earned an ice cream 🍦 party for receiving compliments from others for their awesome performance in the hallway. Looks yummy!





Caught Being a Leader for Oct 17th. What a fun way to start school back right after fall break!


Our newest highlights include our 5th graders! Join us in spotlighting and celebrating them!


For the 2nd nine weeks Northside is hosting a school-wide drive to collect self-care items for local nursing homes. Please consider donating if you are able. 💕

Bringing in Fall Break with a bang as these students were drawn for caught being a leader. Way to go! 🎉

Our first grade students attended Ag Literacy Day with our HCHS FFA students. It was a great morning.
Harrison County Schools will be on Fall Break next week.

These Northside Mustangs had their ticket drawn for caught being a leader on Friday, Sept 26th and got to pick a prize!🏆 Way to go! We are very proud of them!

Mrs. Ward's Kindergarten class turned into leaf detectives today! They read the book, The Leaf Thief, and went on a outdoor expedition to find their own colorful leaves. They used the leaves to create beautiful, realistic tree illustrations! Science meets Language Arts for some fall fun.
"Meet me at the Pole" at Northside will be on Wednesday morning at 7:40 a.m. Aaron Gaunce from Unity Christian Church will lead this devotion and prayer.

We are excited to celebrate our teachers this year who have earned Technology Badge Certificates! 🎉 These certificates recognize educators who go above and beyond by embracing new tools and integrating technology into their classrooms. Their innovation not only enhances learning but also inspires students every day.


Students in Kindergarten had fun taste testing different kinds of apples after their apple unit. Learning can be explorative and tasty too! 🍎🍏

These students had their caught being leader tickets drawn at the morning meeting on Friday, Sept 12th.

Students in Mrs. Price's first grade reading classes played "battleship" today to practice reading fluency words.
