Andrea Laytart and Tiffeney Schaad, recipients of the Golden Horseshoe Award, are exemplary leaders with a commitment to excellence. Their tireless efforts reflect devotion to the students of Harrison County Schools. As the award was presented, a wave of emotion swept through the room. The depth of admiration was evident.
