We had a great day today! Our older students heard several “Haunted Tales” from storyteller Mary Hamilton.
Our younger students enjoyed learning about being an author/illustrator with a visit from Amanda Driscoll. They ended the day with cupcakes that looked just like Klondike’s from one of Driscoll’s books.
Thanks to our Family Resource Center for helping with funding and the HCHS Culinary Club for the beautiful cupcakes!

ES 5th grade students are learning how to fold a flag properly and respectfully put it up each morning from Major Jon Montgomery and ROTC high school students.
