First Day of School for Harrison County Students is August 7, 2025

It is getting exciting up here at the HILLTOP, as our students prepare for our staff opening day! Thank you, in advance, to all our great community sponsors and remember you can drop off your table items in the HCHS gym until 5 PM today!

Parents, do not forget to complete the Online Registration for your child for the 2025-26 school year. If your child attended HC last year, you must still complete the registration for this school year. If you are new to the district, you must complete the online registration.

Harrison County FFA has three students competing at State Convention (June 9-12) in the most prestigious award areas. Reece Palmer is competing in the State Star in Agribusiness award area. John Michael Furnish is competing in the State Star in Agriculture Placement award area, and Sadie Perkins is competing in the State Star Farmer award area. Each student was selected as the winner in the Northern Kentucky Region and has the opportunity to compete at state. These students have had to complete a (very detailed) Proficiency Application and will undergo intense interviews against the best of the best FFA members from across the state. They have had to show significant growth in their Supervised Agricultural Experience projects over all their years in FFA (including Middle School). Goodluck HCHS Students, we are proud of you! #weareharrison
