Students, staff and families, Due to winter weather impacting road conditions and safe travel, the Harrison County School District will be observing a snow day tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4.
Tonight's Special Board Meeting has been canceled. We will hold the meeting tomorrow night at 6:00 pm at central office.

Schools and communities across the country come together to honor the iconic yellow school bus and the dedicated drivers who transport millions of students safely each day. This month-long celebration provides a wonderful opportunity to express gratitude and raise awareness about the importance of school transportation. By highlighting the vital role of school buses, Love the Bus month reminds us all of the essential service they provide, ensuring that every child can access education with safety and reliability. #weareharrison

Disney’s Cinderella (Kids)!
Students from all four Harrison County elementary schools are invited to participate in this fun, collaborative production.
✨ Who can participate? *Elementary students in grades 3–5
📅 Rehearsals begin: First week of February...FIRST Rehearsal is February 3, 2026
🕒 When: Tuesdays & Thursdays after school until 4:30 PM
📍 Where: Southside Elementary School Gym
🚌 Transportation: Students will ride the bus from their home school to Southside Elementary
👕 Costume fee: $25 per student
👨👩👧 Mandatory parent/guardian meeting:
